At The Red Carpet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Rug

  Roll the rug tightly and wrap it in its original protective packaging or an equivalent waterproof plastic cover to ensure it remains clean during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  We will coordinate a professional courier service to collect the package directly from your home at a time that suits you.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the rug arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
